This is the largest condo in its price category. The owners keep it very well maintained. It has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a climb-up-ladder loft with a double bunk bed on bottom, twin on top and an additional twin. The loft has large windows (with blinds) letting lots of natural light in in the daytime. There is a deck off the living room with a small electric grill on it. The Condo Bear building is across the street from Bear Valley Lodge, making this condo centrally located in the village.
