Spacious well maintained home with 6 bedrooms across from Bear lake. This lovely cabin with a new deck and great view of the lake is the perfect summer retreat. Having two separate living areas makes this an ideal rental for several families. This is a great winter rental as well, but there is no car access in winter.  Once we have a couple of feet of snow, the roads to the Bear Valley homes are closed to auto traffic. 
Everyone in town is getting to and from the houses by snowmobile, skiing or walking.  Bear Valley Vacation Rentals provide the snowmobile transportation upon your arrival and departure.  This home is a 25 minute walk from the village center, free shuttle to ski area, cross country and sledding hill, and parking. Snowmobile rentals/taxi available through Bear Valley Snowmobile.
